As you can see i used to do alot of workouts. But now i do mostly Yoga i love it because its so freeing and not competitive at all its so freeing.
New Workout routine
Spin 2 days a week i am now starting Zumba i think if i do like it i will get the Zumba weight sticks if anything i did the 20mins n it was great workout if i new the moves (skipped basics lol) i would have look cooler doing it lol
so yeah Spin 2days a week and Zumba instead of Rockin Body i might go back to it i just feel i no it to well and my body is like what now lol

I do SPIN class 3 times a week
I also do Rockin Body work out 3 times a week as well i do 2 of the dvds on the calendar
I also do push ups till i get tired usually 4 or less lol sets of ten
Along with various ab workouts
But i mostly love the dancing working the Rockin Body cuz i am learning and loving dancing and then comes the Spinning
I love cardio that tones and burns fat at the same time
and guess what i started Pilates i am liking it i see it focuses more and super tones the body up :)
Update… i also started Insanity i love it alot i know the results are coming so yeah try it out after you build your body to a certain level you can do it :)
