    Understanding Obesity and Overweightness

    I am understanding obesity and overweightness if that is a word lol

    Well I went to Coney Island today and wow like almost every store had over greased and deep fried food I know it’s a carnival atmosphere type but come on like 2 healthy stores nowhere in sight.

    anyway I was with friends and they was eating the foods lol there not overweight or obsessed but they was eating and I wasn’t even phased to try anything instead I had some Fridays I ordered some grilled chicken with some seasoned fires (lol yeah I know) with broccoli as well and it was wonderful I had a great meal but then I went to the store to get a mixed cranberry trail mixed with pumpkin seeds and cashews and peanuts I love it I am about to eat some now lol

    all that to say this when I walk around now I just feel like wow I am happy I am taking my health seriously cuz there is so many ppl that follow the crowd and not care for their own well-being it’s so scary like the meal today was a healthy/treat for myself (check progress) (page inbox for password) so it’s all in moderation and whats funny is that the food people say is nasty it’s because they need a detox and cleanse to be attracted to the natural foods that nature provides :)

    Cant wait to workout tomorrow double video Rockin Body lol for some reason i like working out home more then the gym i guess i like to meet new people at the gym :)

    A lil about WATER

    Just looking up a book i want to read on wellness called

    i found in a review about the preventative health which means to stop something before it even starts.Which is way better then taking meds to cure symptoms and not to fix the problem or even stop the problem from happening in the first place here is one on the benefits of water

    A preventative measure, drinking 5 glasses of water each day decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45 percent, the risk of breast cancer by 79 percent, and the risk of bladder cancer by 50 percent!

    i am not sure if you can argue with that but hey better to prevent these then repair or recover from them
