    Got To Keep It Real

    yeah had a pretzel the jumbo ones you get at the mall yesterday with no salt and then had a gyro at night like 2am and now tonight having ziti no cheese just mini ground beef inside it so yeah kinda crazy eating but i am not mad at myself about to have some cranberry trail mix and b happy i dont let myself get down when eating like that just slowly get better at it its a process 

    moral of story this is what i ate back to back tasted food not to balanced in the healthy side but none the less it tasted great and i dont feel bad i no i am human and i make mistakes but i am getting better easing the craving and finding different new foods that i can come to love.

    you can do the same take it slow and at your pace ok :)
